Our Supported Internships
We have partnered with Right2Work to offer purposeful progression pathways to the young people learning at Mighty Oak. Our empathic Job Coaches work closely with the Mighty Oak staff and students to develop bespoke profiles for each young person, giving them opportunities to develop skills outside the setting, in readiness for meaningful employment.
